I heard this guy mentioned on a podcast I listen too and the below video was the first song that came up. I really like country music sometimes (real older stuff, not the stuff your pseudo cowgirl aunt listens to on her annual trips down to Truth and Consequences New Mexico to buy $4,000 in cowboy boots, play golf with her 'boyfriend', who she has been with and separated twice from but keeps getting back with him and is only now thinking about marrying him, and enjoy the truly western cow-folk adventure experience of a rustic 5 star hotel spa with groovy Indian spiritual transformation ceremony's that leaves your spirit free as a bird (*Jeeeesus Christ I am tired) ) like Hank Williams and Neil Young (He did actually do a lot of country songs contrary to what some people thing). I find this guy's stuff really interesting because he does an appealing mix of folk songs, country, and it has some Irish influence in it. Plus he was a Canadian artist, and a lot of people don't really know much about Canadian music or how similar their culture actually is to that in the states. So what do you Glass Sorters think about it, any of you like it? *You can tell I am tired by my signature old person ramblin I do when I'm Dog-Tired and my non ironic use of the work "Groovy"
